Once confirmed, the method chosen to receive tickets cannot be changed, regardless of which SNCF sales outlet was used.

If you confirmed that you wanted the tickets sent to your home, you can no longer obtain your tickets using a self-service terminal (French stations only) or from the SNCF boutique in Geneve.
