I chose to retrieve the ticket at the Geneve SNCF boutique. I will not be able to show the bank card that was used to pay for the tickets on line


You do not have the bank card that was used to make the on-line payment (CB stolen, lost, renewed, belongs to another person, etc.)

For reasons of security, the bank card that was used to pay for the tickets on-line must be shown in order to retrieve them from an SNCF boutique.

This is stipulated:
The only solution is to cancel your ticket before the day of departure in order to avoid cancelation penalties.

Please note, some rates cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
